STEFANO

DI NAPOLI

Stefano Di Napoli is the founder of CPGS Consulting and an independent strategy consultant with over 10 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. He advises brands and investors on growth strategy, drawing on previous managerial roles at Euromonitor Consulting and Accenture Strategy’s Consumer Goods & Services practice.
He began his career in Sales at AB InBev before transitioning into strategy consulting, where he held managerial roles at Euromonitor Consulting and Accenture Strategy’s Consumer Goods & Services practice. In these roles, he led high-impact corporate and commercial strategy projects for senior executives at leading global CPG companies, including Coca-Cola, BAT, Mars, Heineken, Unilever and others. As an independent consultant, he has partnered with consultancies and investors in the sector and developed growth strategies for PepsiCo, Coca-Cola and Henkel among others.
Stefano is regularly featured in sector-specific publications such as Just Food, Just Drinks, and European Supermarket Magazine. He also collaborates with academic institutions and publications including the London School of Economics (LSE) and NIM Marketing Intelligence Review.
